Thank you for purchasing from aolstecell.com.au. We are committed to providing high-quality replacement batteries. Each product undergoes strict testing and is verified for complete accessories and functionality before dispatch.

From the date of order receipt, all battery products are covered by the following guarantees:

  1. 30-day no-questions-asked refund or exchange guarantee
  2. 12-month warranty and replacement service

1. Warranty Application Instructions

All returns and exchanges must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


2. 30-Day Refund Policy

All batteries come with a 30-day refund guarantee. You can return the product for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.

Steps for returning:

  1. Please contact customer service to receive return instructions and an RMA number.
  2. Follow the instructions to return the product, ensuring it has not been used and all accessories are included.

Note: To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact our customer service team, wait for return instructions, and then send the product back.


3. 12-Month Warranty

Terms of Service

Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the battery shows non-user-related damage, you may apply for repair or replacement services.

To apply for warranty service:

  1. Provide clear videos or photos as evidence of the issue.
  2. Contact the official email or use the "Contact Us" page to submit your application.

⚠️ Special Note:

Batteries are consumables, and their capacity naturally decreases with usage over time. This is a normal phenomenon and is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Process

(1) Contact customer support → (2) Apply for approval and receive RMA number → (3) Return the product → (4) Processing and resolution

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us through the "Contact Us" page for assistance.
  2. Approval and RMA: After approval, our support team will send the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the return package.(Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be processed by our after-sales team.)
  3. Return the Product: The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The returned item must be received within this period. Please provide the courier company and tracking information when shipping the product, so we can monitor the return process.
  4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect the product. If approved, we will replace it within 2-7 business days.

Disclaimer: If the product is outside the warranty period, aolstecell.com.au reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement.


4. Staged Warranty Policy

Based on usage time, we offer the following staged after-sales policy:

  1. 0–6 months: If the battery suffers from non-man-made damage, we will provide a free replacement and cover the shipping cost.
  2. 7–9 months: If the battery has a quality issue, the customer can choose a 50% refund or a replacement battery (shipping cost for the replacement is borne by the customer).
  3. 10–12 months: If the battery is still under warranty and malfunctions, the customer can choose a 30% refund or a replacement battery (shipping cost for the replacement is borne by the customer).

Note: Please contact customer support to confirm the shipping cost.


5. Non-Warranty Conditions (The following situations are not covered by warranty)

  1. Batteries purchased from other sellers or platforms;
  2. Products that exceed the 12-month warranty period;
  3. Damage caused by user error or insufficient protection measures;
  4. Damage caused by fire, flood, war, or other force majeure events;
  5. Products that have been disassembled, tampered with, or lack a warranty label;
  6. Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorised third parties;
  7. Capacity degradation due to natural usage;

6. Special Case Handling

  1. Packaging or Shipping Damage: Please ensure you record a complete video during unboxing. If damage due to shipping is discovered, a free replacement will be provided with video evidence.
  2. Compatibility or Functionality Issues: If the product is incompatible or the battery has a quality issue, a return and refund process will be arranged.
  3. Issue Recurrence After Replacement: If the same issue reoccurs after a battery replacement (confirmed by official inspection) and is not caused by user error, we will refund 50% of the order amount as the final compensation (with the termination of after-sales service).

7. Shipping Fees Explanation

  1. Warranty due to shipping damage: The merchant will cover the shipping fees;
  2. Battery not charging:
    • 0–6 months after purchase: The merchant will cover the shipping fees;
    • 7–12 months after purchase: The customer will cover the shipping fees (please contact customer service for the shipping cost);
